Its Whacky Wednesday Weigh In!!!
Hi Cal Crew, I am down to 181.5 this week, and I feel good. Clothes are fitting well. I think I may have to go down to a size small belt, because the medium belt do not hold up as well anymore. Last night, I went bike riding. I made a deal with myself. I told myself that if I rode my bike all the way to Starbucks (Wilshire and Serrano - 1 blk E. of Western Ave.), I could have a grande latte. Well I did it. With the exception of one block (incline). I rode all of the way to Starbucks, enjoyed my latte, and rode all the way home. Plus, it was dark going back home,so I was able to use my new bicycle lights.
I hope everyone has a great day. Kim

I DO know that today is my ONE YEAR SURGI-VERSARY!! One year ago today, I traded for the near 130lbs I've lost since. It's been a bumpy, rocky, wonderful year full of love and laughter, ups and downs, heartening and heart breaking.
And here I am ... 185 from 315. I didn't think I'd get all emotional, but with other sad things (i.e. stupid boy) going on in my life, coupled with the fact that I've lost a person from my body is overwhelming today. I should have taken the day off. HAHAHA. Ah well, maybe work can distract me.
One year ... and i'm a completely different person. And I never want to go back. I need to remember that!
Two more days until the weekend!!!!!!!! Thank you Maureen! You are so thoughtful and kind. He is in the Paradise/Magalia area and so far they are not being forced to evacuate yet. He's ready to go if neccessary but hopefully won't have to. Keeping everyone up that way in my prayers. thanks again, Sue
Keep doing what you're doing, Keep getting what you're getting.
