If onederland for under 200 what is under 300?

Well I got on the scale today I can say I am no longer over 300 lbs! I have lost apx. 10 lbs. in the past 4 days on the all liquid diet! Today I weigh 299.8! I know this is not a lot of weight for many of you. But when I got in the car last night, the steering wheel was not touching my stomache! wow! I went to my first support group last night. It was nice to meet people waiting, beginning and post op up to 9 years. They had a few women get up and speak about themselfs and that was great. I met a wonderful lady that has the same surgeon that I also have I hope to meet up with her again. Neither of us had anything to write with so we shall meet at the next meeting. I am sure my doctor will be impressed with my weightloss so far. You see I saw him at 300. Gained 9 lbs in the process of worring if I would get approved or not. and now I am a little better than when I started. Thanks for listening. Rhonda

You should be so proud... when i broke 300 i felt like a choir should be singing as i got off the scale... any weight we lose is a struggle... Cate 48
