If you get some water weights you can do some great arm exercises that you don't feel the next day. Also can do some great ab exercises with the noodles! I loved taking water aerobics, but had to stop after the strokes, I miss it!!

I will definitely let you know, in fact I'll post something when we settle on a date! A few of the girls from work and I have been talking about it. Thinking about getting a cabana as well! Oohhlala! LOL I got the suit online at onestopplus.com. I got it for like $25!!! I was shocked at how expensive suits are! Holy moly, so I felt really glad to get this for $25! xo

Hi Shells, thanks and I will definitely post something when we finally decide on a date, we're thinking about late August. Going camping in mid August and way too busy with work related stuff leading up to that, so late August will have to be it.
