This may sound weird but it is sooo good -  take a slice of tomato, cover it with slices of Monterey jack cheese and broil it. I then add a little worcestershire sauce to it and YUM!

I am in the boring but safe category.

First, I drink my liquid supplements, second eat my chewable supplements (vitamins, iron, protein wafer, fiber), then I enjoy my yogurt. Afterwards I drink my 4 oz liquid protein supplement (45 grams of protein) On the way to work I drink a double espresso with non-fat steamed milk.

Once in a while I have two scrambled egss to replace the yogurt.

mid-morning I have a myoplex deluxe protein bar (30 grams of protein) and a doctor reccomended low cal G-2 Gatorade.

I can't imagine that I used to eat 4 pieces of peanut butter toast every morning or eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast on the weekends. No wonder I have lost weight (besides my surgery. Heck, I don't eat anything anymore).
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I usually have a 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese with either berries (strawberries, blackberries or bluberries) or some canned fruit like Del Monte's no sugar added with splenda. I also started eating the Special K protein plus cereal with a cup of non fat milk, which is pretty good and very filling.

WOW!  Thank you all so much for the responses.  I think my biggest problem is that I do think as Breakfast as Breakfast food only.  I have to start changing the way I look at it. I never even would have thought to have something like Chili for breakfast.  The lunch meat wraps are a great idea. They are fast & I like fast! LOL - I usually eat a few pieces of ham for lunch dipped in the Wish Bone Spritzers Italian Dressing & then a small amount of canelope! YUMMY!!!  I will have to look for some of the things you all have mentioned.

Where do you guys buy the items you have that are hard to find at a normal grocery store like Safeway? I went online a few days ago (through a lynk on Eggface's page) & purchased a few things. I got 3 pags of this protein cereal stuff. They had Apple Cinnamon, French Vanilla & another good ! I can't remember.  They are just $.89 for a 1oz bag. The great thing is that for the entire bag it's only 100 calories & has 3g of sugar. The protein is HIGH!!! So, last night I opened the Apple Cinnamon 1 and tried it. TO DIE FOR! WOW!!! Just like the Apple Cinnamon Cherios.

I also purchased some organic salted pumpkin seeds.  My entire order with 3 day shipping was under $10.00. I am going to go back to the website & purchase the Apple Cinnamon flavored Protein Ceral but this time I am going to get the Box not the 1oz bags.

I will have to keep trying different things. I am so scared to stray off of what I am eating for fear of the dreaded Dumping Syndrome. I read all of my labels.

THANKS AGAIN 4 ALL THE REPLIES!!!

The Kay's Natural cereal is great, I like to add it to Greek style nonfat yogurt for a meal that's 31 grams of protein.
