Happy Humpday Whacky WeighinWednesday
I agree that Renny is a goner tomorrow nighty and I say, "Good riddance." I have never really liked her although she is pretty close to my age. I am hoping Jerry is a goner next week. My favorite is Memphis. I have liked him from Day 1. He is so cute. I like Dan, too. Can't stand Keesha's voice!!!!

Hey Miss Janine
Welcome BACK to school and I pray that you have the MOST outstanding year EVER!!
WWW finds me the same which is cool. I'm still working out and climbed my 55 flights last night and shaved 6 1/2 minutes off my time which is LOVELY!! Now to do the 55 in under 30 minutes, I was 31 exactly yesterday. I would love to do the 55 in 25 minutes we'll see.
Have a GREAT day!!

Happy WWW Cali Crew,
Wow, has life been keeping me busy! We spent last thursday thru Saturday re-doing the fence at my parents rental. Of course it was over 100 each day! I will tell you, it was such an experience for me- I kept right up there with my DH- pulled all of the nails and staples out of the old boards, was a gofer for 2 days- all I could think about is that 95 # ago, I would of never been able to do that. I am so grateful for my WLS and all that I am now able to do. All of the swimming and working out has really helped my stamina, everyone couldn't believe what I was able to do. I will say my back paid for it on Sat and by Sunday I was quite miserable but I love to work hard and it felt sooooo good. Not to mention I got a 2.8# weight loss this week!
I wish all of you teachers a wonderful school year!
All of the pre-ops and post ops- keep up the great work!
Sending some Cali love to you all, Chris R
Steve - 2.8 this week!! OMG- I have hit the 160's

Hi eveyone, Happy Wednesday!
Well I am 2oz. away for being in the 170's, we hoping to be there this week, but will be happy to report it for next week. So I am down a total of 3 lbs. for the week. I'll take it after being in a stall for about 3 weeks there. Now I'm back on the downward slide again! Yippie!!
We got all of the kitchen tile down this weekend and will be grouting it tonight! Glad that it is finally done. Now on to the kitchen cabinets. Ugh! Just keep thinking how beautiful it will all be when it done. Watching Rylie (my granddaughter) today again and planning a bike ride in the evening. Other than that it is laundry day here. Have a great Wednesday everyone and look forward to seeing all you IE OHer's on Saturday!

Hi, Cali!
I'm down 3.4 pounds this week. We went to Family Camp over the long weekend, and I was able to walk to and from the cabin to the dining hall and craft shed and waterfront and everything with no problems. It felt so good to be able to do that without having to stop along the way every few minutes to get my breath back. When we hiked up to Ragger's Point I had to stop twice, but that is still so much better than when I was 77 pounds heavier! We saw some of Jerry's family at camp, and they were so amazed and supportive about the weight loss. The chef was wonderful, and saved aside some chicken for me for the meals that I could eat the regular fare - Pasta Bar night and Hamburger Barbeque. (I will admit that I am so looking forward to being able to eat beef again!)
I had to get all new clothes because I'm now in a 16-18 top and 18 bottoms! Yeehaw!
