WDYET?? It's HUMPday!!!!!
Well boys and girls I had a FREAKING ball for the finale of my birthday MONTH. It was almost as good as "The Bachelor" reuninion, lol. Lots of fun times with my girls!! I discovered that drinking in High Altitude was a GOOD thing. Well depending on whose persepctive but I was able to drink WAY WAY WAY more then my VSG normal 2 drink MAX. Let's just say we started drinking at 9 in the morning and didn't stop till about midnight EACH day!! I'm also NOT ok maybe gonna talk about the FOOD I ate. While it wasn't "much" I believe I ate EVERY carb there is to be had. Oh yeah and a couple days I FORGOT to drink my water.
This ALL culminated in me leaving town weighing 205 on Thursday and coming home and weighing 218.2 on Monday. Yes boys and girls that's 13 "pounds" shown on the scale. I believe at least 1/2 of that is water weight as I am STILL retaining water, but I'm hoping the 12 cups I'm aiming for will help that, I've already lost 4lbs since Monday.
The morale of MY story. I had a freaking BALL and I'm back on track!!
B: 1/2 english muffin; 1 egg; 1oz bison bacon
S: Large Tangerine
L: 3oz steak; 1/2 cup mock bake potatoes
S: ??
D: ??
Water: 10 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate w/D3; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise: Yoga class tonight

Let's see, I'm just over a week out and just got promoted to soft foods, so this is what I'm planning so far...
B: 1 scrambled egg, 3/4 oz babybel cheese
S: Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake
L: 2 oz of tuna w/low fat mayo
S: Another protein shake
D: no idea yet... but mashed taters sounds great!
Water: woke up late, so not much yet.
Vitamins: will start once I start my water
Exercise: I'm using the excuse that I'm still healing!!

Okay I suck had no idea you were gone but glad you had a blast.
B: buffalo chicken nugget (home made no breading) and broccoli w/ blue cheese crumbles
S; l/f cottage cheese and lite peaches
S2: pumpkin seeds
L:1/2 carne asada burrito threw away most of tortilla (okay who am I kidding one of the clubs at school was selling lunches, it was a bean and rice burrito that some meat accidentally fell into. a couple of chips and salsa and a piece of the cookie.
S: probably nothing going to Jordyn's doc appt after work
D: speghetti and grlic bread
S: a couple of bites of birthday cake

I stocked up when I found out SkylarHayley was talking about discountinuing the glass bottle version. I have tried the tetrapak version and it tastes so different. So I have about 8 cases left of AO. We'll have to see if they keep making it in the glass.. Luckily I have found a few other protein drinks that I really like ... if you like AO you should check them out

(I mix one scoop of click with about 4 oz of Oh Yeah Vanilla and some water - shake it up and pour it over ice.. almost like a starbucks SF vanilla iced latte)
And Bariatric Eatings new Achieve protein powder
I guess I am just hooked on coffee flavored protein..
