Hey boys and girls.  For those of you in SHOCK and utter amazement over my 13 "pound" gain in a matter of days...join the club.  But have NO fear I normally have 7-10lbs of water weight EVERY time I go out of town...Vegas, Lancaster, Hawaii...really over the years it's to say the least ANNOYING and given my EXTRA indulgences I said to myself.  "Self don't get on the scale when you get back in town.  Wait a couple weeks."  Then I said "girl STOP tripping, you know it happens and it's JUST a scale, numbers are NOT anything to be afraid of.  One of the blessings of your VSG is the ability to get EASILY back on track.  So you BETTER jump on the scale first thing Monday morning!"  So I did, then I FAINTED and when I came to, I said "ok time to get back on the wagon, drink your water, eat your protein and complex carbs."  Today I weighed 212.2 so that's 6 "pounds" gone so far =)

B:  SF Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal pack; boiled egg
S:  1/2 oz pork skins
L:  Mock Baked Potatoes; 3oz Steak
S:  Lemon cake...it called me and I caved =(
D:  4oz shrimp;

Water:  9 cups so far
Exercise:  1 mile walk (yup you read that right I'm BACK)
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate w/D3; Hair Regime (on target)

hey Ms Shells,

I had gained 5 pounds but was able to get back on track and took them right back off.

Breakfast  Protein shake
Snack  cheese stick/pirate booty
lunch- smart choice(weigh****cher dinner)  ravioli (ate 1/2)
snack  yogurt
dinner not sure yet

Vitamins, calcium, iron, done

Weigh to go on not letting the scale have control.

B: chicken pattie and 1/2 biscuit
S: l/f cottage cheese and lite peaches/pumpkin seeds
L: the other 1/2 of yesterdays burrito minus some of the tortilla
S: carb master yogurt maybe
D: don't know

Water: great
exercise: okay
vitamins:good to go

I've been focusing on protein, protein, protein. Getting off the carb train.

B: Click protein shake
S: none
L: 3.05ozs. Canned shredded chicken breast mixed with light Miracle Whip (can't do mayo...ick!)
S: Protein Shake
D: Scramble egg with cheese

Vit: Done
Ex: Ummm, no....getting a bike this weekend.
W: I'm about 2 bottles behind, but will make it up throughout the rest of the day.
