OK VSGers it's finally FRIDAY and well as of today I weighed 210.0 that's 8lbs of my weight gain from the weekend gone. All I want is to wake up tomorrow at 209 =) It's been a good week for me, cause sincerely I LOVED my weekend with my girls, no drama and just fun fun fun =) It truly was WORTH every last pound that showed up on my scale =)
B: 1/2 cup oatmeal; 1 piece toast
S: 2oz cheese; 1 apple
L: 3oz steak; 3oz mock stuffed baked potato
S: Probably a Lindora bar
D: Probably 4oz shrimp; small salad
Water: Sitting pretty at 10 cups
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/Vit D3; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise: 1 mile walk; dancing the night away while drinking WATER

L: 3.05ozs Canned Chicken Breast mixed with Light Miracle Whip
S: Click protein shake
D: 3oz Caesar chicken & 1oz sliced zuchinni

Ex: ugh, no...getting a bike this weekend. =)
