Or rather what are you PLANNING to eat today.  I have personally discovered that when I don't plan, my day can go very ary with my "choices" of food.  So 98% of the time I plan my meals out ahead of time for the work WEEK and I have a little refrigerator  under my desk!!  I bought it while I was off work recovering.  The BEST money spent!!

Tell me your menu plan for the day =)

B:  Popeyes chicken leg
S:  Coffee w/creamer & splenda
L:  1/2 cup chicken salad; small salad w/blue cheese dressing
S:  Lindora Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar
D:  Chicken Tacos

Water:  4 cups so far; will update
Exercise:  The plan?? to go to the gym during lunch for 30 minutes on the treadmill
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/600 IU Vit D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)

I've been MIA on this lately so I'm baaaack and ready to post:

Breakfast - Protein shake/smoothie.  Yummy - Frozen fruit (about 4 or 5 chunks) 8 oz strawberry crystal lite and vanilla cream protein powder.  Ohh, my it's gooooood.
Break:  cheese stick
Lunch:  Cottage cheese, yogurt and kashi go lean cereal
Snack:  Cheese Chip
Dinner - Taco Pot Pie
Snack:  SF Jello with a squirt of whip cream

Vitamins - 1/2 in
Water - drinking it like a mad-dog
Exercise - not today - today is Friday Massage Day.  Full Body Massage to start the weekend off right!

Remember the Disney movie "Freaky Friday" where the mother and daughter switched bodies.....well, that's me today on this Friday the 13th.  My lurker-self has switched with my posting-self so I'm going to post along with y'all.  BTW, thanks for doing this every day.....some days I have no idea what I'm going to eat, but then see someone has posted something really yummy and it helps me make better choices.

early AM: 2 cups of coffee with sweetner and favored creamer

breakfast: chocolate/coconut dessert protein drink and a 100 cal packet of protein cereal, dry

lunch: white clam chowder from the cafeteria here at work  mm-mm-good!!

dinner: salmon and a little-bit-of-everything green salad

water: could be better

exercise: 2 miles and 2 hills

vitamins: on target

Have a great weekend everyone....I'm off to my sister's tomorrow for our monthly sister sewing get together.  My youngest sister has a really cool project planned for us.
