I tried it last week.....did great the first 2 days and lost 6 lbs.  Then......I didn't make it through day 3, or 4, or 5.  :-(  I can say that I did notice I was not able to eat as much for a few days following, but now I'm back to old bad habits.  I'm in for another try next week!

We just finished a Round 2,'09 of the 5-day Pouch Test.  This will be Round 3 Crew,'09.  I pass the torch to you , Kevin!  We had a good crew this last week..and it's a tried and proven method of rejuvinating the pouch and our commitment. I am going to continue it again also.  I have no doubt that my pouch did exactly as it was supposed to do.  I felt like I was fresh out of surgery.  However today I blew it with some depression eating due to the death of a very good freind yesterday.  If at first ya don't succeed....well...we know the drill.  I will join in also.  As I've said before, I enjoy the freedom it brings of NOT having to worry about solids or balance...its more about renewing the protein and commitment.  I didn't commit to exercise and I want to give myself that also.  Best wishes to all committed this week and thank you Kevin for keeping the torch burning.

Thanks Kim!! Make that commitment to exercise!! I'm going to tell he best advice I got!! You have about 12 months to lose all the weight you can!! After that it gets alot harder. So don't waste this window of weight loss!!

I did it a couple weeks ago and lost 3.5 pounds, but count me in again!!!!!!

I did it the week before and lost 6 lbs, but I am going to go on it again, but I am not going to start till Thursday of this week, I have alot of things I am doing and it's pretty hard when I sat and went weewee for 5 days.  Anyway I will be with you in spirit on Monday, and I know you guys are going to do great!

I will be paying attention to you guys.
