Actually, I'm going on a 12 week Pilates/Yoga Power Surge on March 31 while I pretty much finish up the weight loss so that I am buff and toned.  I'm going from four hours of Pilates to six hours of Pilates and one of Yoga weekly, along with two hours of personal training and running seven days a week.  All the Pilates and Yoga is on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; on those days, the running is 30 minutes.  Friday through Monday, 60 - 90 minutes of running.

My trainer, surgeon, and PCP all endorse the power surge OR the 5K training but not both and, based upon where I am in the weight loss journey, they all thing the power surge is the better plan for the time being.

Lisa How Awesome is that.  I am so proud of you!  YOu have to look amazing!  I want to hear more about this power Surge thing you have going.  Lu and I are going to do the LA marathon but we are walking not running, I just can't with my back and such large boobs right now.  Maybe next year.  But I can't tell you how exited I am for you girl.  You go and get em,

My power surge is that, instead of the four hours of Pilates I currently do, it is six hours of Pilates (both reformer and mat) and one hour of Yoga, on top of two hours of personal training and running seven days a week.  I do all the Pilates and Yoga on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and, on those days, will run about 30 minutes.  On Friday through Monday, I will run 60 - 90 minutes.

I still have big boobs, too.
