It was tough yesterday!! Computers were down so I was very very... bored at work!! I could use some food to get me through the day!!

Lose any weight??
Thanks to a early morning workout and a 2 mile run after work!! I'm down 7lbs!!! I was shocked!! That's the most weight I've lost in 6 months!!

Happy St. Patricks Day!! I'll be missing the green beer but its worth!!

Congrats on the 7lbs!  That is great.  You can do this and will do it!  You are a very strong willed person and you will not let a little thing like food get in your way! It is only for 2 days, and you are throught with one.  I am hoping you had some soup made.  It is very filling- I have them all the time.  Take care and keep up the great work!!!!!!

Cold and weak?  Are you getting in enough protein?  I can see I should open up a soup kitchen to help some people (Kirsten) also.  I love those Parmesean patties and use Salmon instead of tuna.  I do have them weekly.  I don't remember if you eat eggs, but if you do, try those Mock muffins.  Good for freezing also.  They are good throughout the day.  You know I luv ya, but you drive me nuts!!!

I'm here and still on the bandwagon....Grrrrrrrr!!!!!

Yesterday was TOUGH!!!!!  Today isn't much better!  LOL  Scale showed a 2.4 lbs loss this morning.....why do you men have to lose so much faster than us women?  Grrrrr again!  LOL

Other than almost beating up the little girl infront of Rite-Aid yesterday for her Rainbow Sherbert ice cream cone......I did pretty good.  LOL

Ok....off to finish my yummy lunch....protein shake....blah!

I'm still in too. And not happy about it. hahahaha!!! I did show a 2 pound loss though this morning... but that's part of the cycle I'm trying to break. Weighing in EVERY morning is just psychological torture for me. It's almost over!!! yay!!

Looks like I'll be skipping the green beer too but if you can do it then I can do it.

So far so good...

Day 1 wasn't too bad - but, I was very busy with work, and home in a controlled environment.  I've done this once before and day 2 was much harder.

I'm celebrating St. Paddy's day with Split Pea Soup and green jello (and NO, not green jello shots).

What a great idea for dinner....although corned beef and green beer sounds much better!

WOW Kevin 7 lbs.  MEN!

Day 1 was pretty easy.  I battled the evil carb monsters last night and I WON!
I am doing okay today.  I am not hungry but my head wants some real food.  I am looking forward to tomorrow.  No change on the scale but, I am hoping to break myself of some bad habits.
