I'm still here with ya...  I just posted on WWW - I'm down 4 pounds.

As expected day 2 was harder than day 1.  But, I said "no" to all the St. Paddy's day food and ate my split pea soup.

I am SO ready for eggs and tuna today!

Keep up the good work... we all can do this!

I am still with ya.  I am down 5 pounds.  YIPPEEEE!  Yesterday was a lot harder for me, but I managed to hang in there.  I decided to torture myself and cook all my food for today last night.  WOW it was hard.
On the menu to day is egg mock muffin for breakfast which I have to say tasted so gooooooooooooooood!
Lunch is a tuna pattie and some cheese.
Dinner I will probably have another tuna pattie or a hard boiled egg.

Today is a day you can also eat Wendy's Chili or refried beans.  Yeah!  You can also continue to have protein shakes.  Just remember Protein first.  Oh yeah, you can add in protein bars also.

I'm still with you, still a day behind. lol  I'm down .8 lbs today.  I'll take it.  I'm upping my exercise today.  Did my weight lifting already.  Belly dancing at noon.  Running on my trampoline at 4:00.

Day 2:
Breakfast: protein shake, warmed in the microwave
Lunch: Lentil & Barley Soup
Snack: Jello
Dinner: Pumpkin Sausage Soup
Snack: Jello

I wrote the 5 DPT folks and asked if protein yogurt is comperable to protein pudding.  I don't understand why one is a slider and one isn't.  Inquiring minds want to know. lol  I'll let you know when I hear back.

Be well.

I'm still in. But I'm torturing myself with another day of liquids because I fell off the wagon last night and had two bites of George Foreman'd chicken. Hey... at least it wasn't a GREEN BEER.

Needless to say, even with the two bites of chicken I'm down a total of 6 lbs today. Woohoo!!

Only two more days. Let's do it.
