What a wonderful day Wednesday can be!!  I see all you Cali 5 dayers and doing the damn thing!!  Stay strong it's ALMOST over and THEN the hard work BEGINS.  Cause it's not about just the 5 days it's about EVERDAY after that.  It's about continuing to make the BEST choices for your overall health, and well being.

B:  Lindora Protein Hot Cocoa; 1 cup Hoods 2% milk
S:  Coffee with remaining above; 1/2 Lindora Cinnamon Protein Bar
L:  Popeyes Spicy Thigh; small salad
S:  1oz cheese; small apple
D:  4oz catfish; cabbage & broccoli

Water:  Sitting at 8 cups right now
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calicum Citrate w/600 IU Vit D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise:  1 1/2 hour Yoga class tonight

Hey Ms Shell....I'm posting again.  Looks like I need to be more accountable for my eating as I was up 3/4 pound at my weigh-in last night at TOPS.

early AM: 1 cup coffee with sweetner and flavored creamer

B: Lean Dessert banana nut bread protein shake

S: 3 of EggFace's broccoli "bites"

L: 3oz ground turkey with black bean salsa and a dollop of sour cream

S: 1/2C cottage cheese with SF jello

D: more corned beef with carrots and cabbage 

S: ??? I better make a plan or who knows what I'll end up eating  Yikes!!!

water: working on it

vitamins: on track

exercise: today is a rest or cross-train day on this 5K program.  I'm thinking I may go for an easy bike ride around my work site.  The front of my thighs is feeling it today after the walk/run yesterday.  Ouchie!!

Hi Ms Shell! AKA HOTTIE Cheerleader!

B: Click Protein drink
S: 2 glasses of water
L: Banana protein shake 32 oz.
(Dessert Vanilla protein scoop, 8 oz. skim milk, 2 mini ripe bananas, ice)
D: It shall be and In-N-Out protein burger w/ a few stolen fries off my friend
S: 1/4 cup of pistachios, G2 sport drink on the court later and then much water too.

Vitamins in... taking calcium citrate and D tonight

Exercise: Yard work, and whacking a few tennis balls on the court with a friend tonight... gonna check out my new racquet from Big 5

D - Grilled chicken taco salad (tacos for the family, salad for me)

Supplements: multivitamin, 1500mg calcium citrate (500mg to go), B-12, biotin

Water: 32oz so far, more to go

Exercise: Cardio bootcamp this am, Total Gym workout tonight

ok.. This will be really boring but here it goes

L. Meatballs and fat free gravy. (but threw it all back up....Damn Stricture)
