Hey Ms Shell....I'm posting again. Looks like I need to be more accountable for my eating as I was up 3/4 pound at my weigh-in last night at TOPS.
early AM: 1 cup coffee with sweetner and flavored creamer
B: Lean Dessert banana nut bread protein shake
S: 3 of EggFace's broccoli "bites"
L: 3oz ground turkey with black bean salsa and a dollop of sour cream
S: 1/2C cottage cheese with SF jello
D: more corned beef with carrots and cabbage
S: ??? I better make a plan or who knows what I'll end up eating Yikes!!!

vitamins: on track
exercise: today is a rest or cross-train day on this 5K program. I'm thinking I may go for an easy bike ride around my work site. The front of my thighs is feeling it today after the walk/run yesterday. Ouchie!!

S: 1/4 cup of pistachios, G2 sport drink on the court later and then much water too.
Vitamins in... taking calcium citrate and D tonight
Exercise: Yard work, and whacking a few tennis balls on the court with a friend tonight... gonna check out my new racquet from Big 5
