Thanks for all the support and encouragement!!

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations.
I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty,
believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

Good morning Kevin,
I am 4 1/2 years out, and of course I can eat slightly larger amounts and different food and beverages items since first having my wls. With saying that, I know that I need to become more mindful of what I am doing. I've done very well, and I've not gained any weight back at at. I've lost 111 lbs. since wls, and 178 lbs. from my heaviest weight prior to surgery. I'm very proud of myself. However, I want to never loose focus of what this is all about.
With that said, I want to join your group on the next go round of the 5-DPT. I'm writing because I don't know exactly what it is, but with the results that I have read about this morning, I definitely want to give it a try. In addition to getting me back on track, I want to jump start my little tool again. I'm only 17 lbs. from the first goal weight that I set and never made it to, and I'm 27 lbs. from the weight that I want to get to and maintain for the rest of my life. I feel that my surgeon's goal weight of 125 is not quite on target for me. I'm 55 years old, and that weight would not be healthier for me at my age.
Well now, I believe that I'm ready for the test. Tell me where to start....
Thanks so much,
Rose
