REACHING OUT FOR HELP

HELLO MY NAME IS TERRY AND I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED TO CALIFORNIA AND I HAD SURGERY A YEAR AGO TH IS LAST OCTOBER I HAVE LOST 103 POUNDS BUT I AM GETTING REALLY DEPRESSED I FEEL LIKE I HAVE NO SUPPORT TO PUSH ME AND I DONT HAVE A DOCTOR HERE IN SAN JAACINTO I NEED SOME RECIPES FOR SPEGETTI SQUASH OTHER RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSS COULD SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME

www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she has tons of great recipes there that are all WLS friendly.  You have come tothe right place for support - in my opinion the calif board has the best group of people around - always here for us all with great words of wisdom and support.

I agree with Jean, Eggfaces' recipes are awesome. I enjoy her Web page and her recipes. Every one that I have tried is great and my family enjoys them too.

Hi Terry, welcome to Claifornia I live in Hemet so we are really close. I have tried many of the recipes at bariatriceating.com and they are really good.
Good luck , let me know if you need someone to talk to. The first monday of ever month My Dr has a support goup meeting in murrieta, i know there are people there that are not his patients you should attend.

There is a GREAT support group that meets the last Sat of the month (this Sat!) in Moreno Valley senior center at 10:30 am!  They are having a extra special guest speaker this week too.  If it is not too far for you to go, I would love to meet you there!  I am new there, so don't really know too many, but love the group!  PM me if you want more info.

I have to say I second Jean on eggface's website, it is amazing. Please do check it out.  I hope you will find the suport here you are looking for.
