B: Here we go....1 cup of oatmeal with raisins, a scoop of vanilla Muscle Milk Light protein, cinnamon, and fat free butter (spray)...OMG...this is soooo good and does sustain me until lunch time.
S: Apple
L: BBQ Chicken breast, beans, cottage cheese
S: 4 egg whites and 1 slice wheat bread
D: BBQ Chicken breast & brown rice
S: tbl spoon peanut butter & 1/2 cup of lactaid milk
Tons of water, 60 minutes of cardio, and all the vitamins!
OK, I admit it. I am a LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!....literally! I have been so bad lately. This thread to me is not a What did you eat today, but for me its a What didn't you eat today. I have fallen off the wagen & I will pick myself up & start by being accountable for what I eat. I will play tomorrow! I promise. This is just a tough journey! You know its going to be tough, but this is nothing like I expected. I need to work on my mental habits as well as my physical habits! Thanks for making me be accountable!

I've been eating all day...not a set B/L/D, just all day long.....
I hope others add to this thread, 'cause if you look at the last week or so of my eating, it's getting pretty boring!! Same things every day. I'm liking the sound of Gus' oatmeal and your turkey chili.
