So I totally KNOW you guys miss me helping you be accountable right?? 

LND:  4oz prime rib; 4 asparagus speers
B:  Protein coffee w/Lindora protein bar
S:  N/A
L:  BBQ Chicken (wing & some white meat) maybe small salad
S:  South Beach Protein/Fiber drink mix w/another whey protein powder (pomegranate fruit)
D:  Unknown something before magic mountain
S:  gonna have snacks in my bag just in case!

Water:  Goal 13 cups...currently 8
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Walking at Magic Mountain

Hey Girlfriend....you better believe I've been missing you and this post!!!!!  I am sooo glad you're back!!!!

 coffee with sweetner and almond toffee flavored creamer
B  protein mint hot chocolate
L  cup of chile verde chili from the cafeteria here at work
    slice of turkey and piece of cheese
S  cookies and creme protein drink
D  turkey burger and stir-fried veggies

W  I struggle every day with this......  I'm open to any motivating ideas anybody might have.....

E  walked over to the cafeteria...the looong way around
