Sorry for the delay but my computer was down again and today I didn't go to work.  Had some head issues to figure out, but life is good and I'm now 2lbs lighter sitting at 196.8 at what I think 17 months out??

B:  Protein shake w/banana
L:  4oz deli meat; 1oz rye bread
S:  ??
D:  Pork chop; salad

Water:  Barely 4 cups
Vitamins:  Replenished my stash will be back on track tomorrow
Exercise:  N/A maybe my treadmill if I feel up to it

1 tsp scrambled egg
1 pc bison bacon

Lunch

1/2 chicken thigh
1/2 ounce of a few green beans
3 oz robecks light smoothie

That' s it so far.

I just have to ask.  When i read your menu, How is biscon bacon and where can i get some to try it.  a few years ago i had ground biscon and it was delicious.

L: a couple of gulps of isopure which was too much and made my tummy hurt
