Well boys and girls I'm at work today and I'm slowly coming out of my funk I'll post all about this "funk" in my 17 month post.  For now let me tell you of my eating and you can tell me yours.

B:  Low Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal; Maple Bar Donut
S:  1/2 spanish omelet
L:  Taco; chips & salsa...maybe NO margarita...ok who am I kidding hmmm maybe a margarita
S:  ??
D:  BBQ; small salad

Water:  Ummm only 5 cups so far
Vitamins:  Barely on target
Exercise:  Yoga class tonight

Hey Ms Shell,  Sorry to hear you're in a funk.....

EB  coffee with sweetner and vanilla caramel flavored creamer
B  bag of BBQ flavored protein snack mix
L  ground turkey with black bean salsa
D  not sure yet...maybe someone will post something inspiring...your omlet sounds good

S  I'm sure I'll get into something later....Ugh!! I can't seem to control it....

W  lacking as usual
V  at least I'm on track with something
E  45 minute walk at lunchtime that included a good size hill 

After Friday I'll be MIA for 2 weeks.....I'll be on vacation to attend my middle daughter's college graduation.  I am not a college gratuate myself and she is the first of my kids to finish her degree.  She is receiving a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry.  Med school: here she comes!!!  I am sooo excited for her.  Just hearing her tell about picking up her cap and gown and her different honor cords the other day made tears come to my eyes.

Thanks Laura...the funk shall pass!!  Super duper congratulations on your daughters graduation!!  That must be an awesome feeling to be sharing this moment.  Look out med school she's coming!!

Ok, I will play today..

Early Morning: 1 c hood
Breakfast: 1/4 banana, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice turkey, & protein bar on my way to work
S: cottage cheese
Lunch: 2 slices cheese, 2 ozs turkey, low carb yogurt
S: prob. a protein bar
Dinner: ???????

Water: done
Vitamins: done
Execercise: I am going for a long walk tonight
