That's right it's Thank God it's Friday and boy am I ready for the weekend!  Tonight right after work I'm going to see Wolverine (one of my FAVORITE X-Men).  Then tomorrow I'm going for my 3 mile walk, then later I have lunch plans with my friend...then I will be partying the night away.

LND:  Way to much carmel corn & kettle corn (WAY to MUCH)
LNS:  Once my stomach settled needed protein Pork Chop

B:  1 cup refried beans
S:  Coffee; 1tbsp cream; splenda
L:  3oz pack tuna; 2tbsp mayo; 1tbsp relish
S:  Soup at Hand Chicken & mini noodles
S:  Movies 1oz cheese; protein bar; South Beach protein water
D:  ??

Water:  So far sitting at almost 10 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Hmmm 1 mile walk when I finish my tuna

Hey Ms. Shell !!

This is all I've got so far.  Will add later.  Planning on tilapia for dinner, but you know how PLANS go .  The snow crab was SO good and LOOK at how many grams of protein for just a little bit.  I'm going to have to do that more often !

On my way out the door....no time to make a real post....but all I can say is I'm glad today is over!!  Trying to finish things up before vacation was very stressful....and of course, I had to eat everything in sight 'couse I couldn't deal.....UUuugh!!!!
