Hello everyone!!  I am committed to taking MORE charge of my life for May.  I have outlined my goals which are -  Take ALL my vitamins DAILY (the weekends are harder but NOT impossible just be prepared)! - Drink MINIMUM 12 cups of water DAILY - Eat at least 2 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of fruit

My goal TODAY is to drink ONLY 1 drink at the birthday party...ok maybe 2 but that's IT =)  I am so GLAD I purged the other day it has really opened my eyes to again loving myself at ANY weight!!

B:  2oz rye bread; 3oz turkey pastrami; mustard; mandarin
S:  N/A
L:  Going to a lunch fundraiser
S:  ??
D:  Going to a birthday party

Water:  7 cups so far; goal 12
Vitamins:  On target (yeah me)
Exercise:  1-2 miles on treadmill

Breakfast: Apple and about 10 almonds
Snack: about 20 almonds
Lunch: Cobb Salad
Snack: 25 almonds
Dinner: small bowl of beef chili with a slice of American cheese and about a tablespoon of light sour cream

Water: about 5 cups (plus about 4 cups of coffee)
Vitamins: none
Exercise: none

Goals for tomorrow: 

1. Eat less almonds
2. Eat more veggies
3. Drink more water
4. Take my calcium and B12
