Well the weekend is ALMOST over and I'm sitting here thinking what's for lunch and having to write an evaluation of yoga classes for the yoga class I'm taking!

B:  1/2 cup refried beans; 1oz cheese; 1 chicken wingette
L:  2oz bread; 3oz turkey pastrami; mandarine
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  6 cups so far (goal 12)
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Video or treadmill part of the plan
