Hello again.  This marks another day in the whacky world of Ms. Shell who went on another plastic surgery consult which again emotionally threw me for a loop.  At least this time it's not the weight loss but the loss of my mother not being here with me.  While my mother had me when she was 40 (so I knew she wouldn't be here forever) had she taken HER health and HER weight more into consideration she would still be here.  Even though I don't have children in the back of my mind I always KNEW I would have to get my weight and food issues under control before I passed a weight legacy onto them.  Ok rant over =)

In the meanwhile I just LOVE Hugh and Wolverine =)

B:  1/2 serving click; 1/2 cup pineapple cottage cheese
S:  N/A
L:  Meatloaf and zucchini
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  Sitting with cups 8-9 right now (will end with 13)
Vitamins:  On target...
Exercise:  I'll think some more on this one...

Good Afternoon Ms. Shell,

I am so proud of you! Did you like the plastic surgeon? I have been too scared to make an appt. I know I have 20lbs to go before I get to my goal weight, so I just keep putting the plastics off.  Your mother would be so proud of you and all that you do. Look how lives you have touched through this process of becoming a healthier you!

EB: 1 cup hood
B: My very own protein shake: 1 c non fat milk, 1/2  frozen banana, ice cubes & 1 scoop whey choc protein powder...yummmm...It's like a Starbucks Vivanno w/o costing me $3.75..lol
S: proud to say ..NONE
L: turkey, cheese & low carb yogurt
S: ?????
Dinner: prob baked chicken & salad

Vitamins: almost done
Water: 16ozs so far
Exercise: none tonight, I have class, but I did go for a long run/walk last night

Girl it is time for you to test the waters.  I too am about 15lbs from my goal of 185 which is why I'm jumping into the water =)  It's ok they don't bite and you get some valuable information =)

B: Hot oatmeal with oat bran
S: Chicken wheat tortilla wrap & banana (ate half of wrap)
L: The other half of my wheat wrap & 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
D: Chicken breast with salad & egg whites
S: Protein shake

70 oz of water / still working on it.
