It's wonderful how emotionally purged I feel these days =)  Ok no time to waste I'm hungry!!

B:  Coffee; creamer; splenda; mandarine
S:  Carb Master Yogurt; 1/2 pack of peanuts; G2
L:  Turkey Meatloaf; 1/2 cup zucchini
S:  Rest of peanuts; mock baked potatoes
S:  Lindora protein (Wildberry Passion Drink)
D:  Taco Salad

Water:  About 12 cups thus far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D; B-12; etc
Exercise:  1mile walk at break; yoga class tonight

S: pure protein bar
L: turkey & cheese
S: cottage cheese...yummmm
D: ?????

Vitamins: done
Water: 40ozs so far
Exercise: not sure yet. Depends on what I have going on tonight.

L: Ground turkey meat, small salad, and two egg whites
S: Grilled chicken leg and cottage cheese
D: Ground turkey meat with taco seasoning
S: Tbl spoon peanut butter

Exercise? YES
Vits? YES
H2O? YES
