I must say WHY isn't it Friday??  I have NOT done good on consuming protein today, but heck I've not eaten any crap today either!!

B:  Coffee; Low Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal pack
S:  1/4 cup pineapple cottage cheese
S:  1/2 mango; SF popcicle
L:  Salad; Bumble Bee chicken salad kit (chicken salad & crackers)
S:  Lindora Wild Berry protein drink
D:  ??

Water:  11 cups thus far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate; B-12; etc
Exercise:  Hmmmm

L: 1 hard boiled egg & cottage cheese

Vitamins: done
Water 32ozs so far
Exercise: none yet..=(

S: Pure Protein Bar - 16 oz coffee
L: El Pollo Loco chicken breast and 1 loco salad
D: Ground turkey meat w/ veggies and fruit
S: Protein drink
