That's right boys and girls it's FRIDAY!!  First off I went to bed NOT wanting to be at work today!  I am HERE but boy I should NOT be!!

B:  Way to many tatter tots (yup super deep fried)  I ate it and BOY were they good!!
S:  2 cups coffee Coffee; creamer; splenda
L:  4oz Meatloaf; 1/2 cup zucchini
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  Touching on about 6 cups (ok maybe 4 but I'm working on the other 2)
Vitamins:  Have no fear!!  I am on target!
Exercise:  Coming to work was exhausting enough

OK here you go...

EB: 1 c Hood
B: Protein shake
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: maybe cottage cheese & hard boiled egg
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: ??????

Water 16ozs so far
Exercise: none
VItamins: done

So far:

1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk and 2 kiwi fruit (nuked and eaten about 5:30am this morning)

S: container of water (24 oz)
S: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick with a piece of roasted turkey breast deli meat wrapped around it

L: 1 cup home made chili and 3 home made taquitos from a pot luck we had on Tuesday(well, most of it, I had to wait an hour and fini**** after the water)

S: container of water (24 oz)

Possibly later:
S: hard boiled egg and an orange
S: container of water(24 oz)
S: container of water(24 oz)
D: prime rib when the family takes me out to dinner
S: 1 pc sugar free candy when I get home.

Vitamins: half way through taking all of them so far today...better than yesterday at least
Exercise: Psh...When I get up to do anything at my desk, I'm walking one lap around the office..Maybe walk a 1/4 mile to deliver some mail later this afternoon..And driving around in the convertible with the top down...Is the wind in my hair exercise? I can dream that it is. LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
