Hmmm not much going on in my life these days (amazing, I've got to change that)!!

B:  1/2 cup pineapple cottage cheese
S:  Carb Master Peach Yogurt
L:  4oz turkey meatloaf; 1/2 cup zucchini
S:  Lindora protein Mix Berry drink; fruit
D:  2 piece popeyes fried chicken

Water:  6 cups thus far will finish day at 12
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Yoga class tonight

L: Tuna w/ 3 strawberries
S: 1 c low carb yogurt
D: ????  not sure yet

Water: so bad maybe 4 ozs so far..I need to work on this
Vitamins: almost done
Exercise: a nice brisk jog tonight

Howdy,

B: 1/2 cup quaker oat squares/1/2 cup skim
S: Protein drink
L: 5 oz Rachel's Sun Dried Tomato Cottage Cheese
S: maybe some Miso Soup
D: Some tofu thing

Water: 5 1/2 cups so far
Vitamins: getting there
Exercise: 30 minutes on recumbent bike/will take a 30-minute walk when I get home
Protein: 53 so far (met nut's requirement)

One food makes you larger, and one food makes you small...

D- Bean soup
S- SF pudding

Water= 64 oz
Vitamins = done
Exercise= walked 2 1/5 miles. took the stairs twice.  no aerobics tonight.  My gut hurts :(

L-small tastes of things at a Bowling banquet (mainly protein)
D-1 groundbeef slider

snacks- handful of almonds and a cheese stick

vitamins-good
water-so so
exercise-bowling 3 games and coming in 2nd in sweepers doubles and singles!
