Well let me think about whether or not I have anything fascinating going on?  NOPE but by next week I should =)

Exercise:  I'm struggling

I eat alot but I'm nearly three years out. The high carbs is from G2 Gatorade...that crap is carb heavy!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
