Water:  7 cups thus far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime
Exercise:  1 mile walk on break

Hey All...

B  banana bread flavored protein drink
S  handful of pumpkin seeds....shells and all
L  clam chowder from my work cafeteria....and now I'm fighting a "carb coma" ...man, it was rich
D  Bunco tonight ...so whatever the hostess serves... and I'm sure some kind of "junk" that'll be on the tables

W  better today
V  on track
E  just the walk to the cafeteria so far......

What's everyone else eating?????

Good Afternoon Everyone... Wooohooo its FRIDAY!!!

B: Protein Drink
S: Nothing
L: 1/2 pintos & cheese and 1/2 low carb yogurt
S: prob protein bar or cottage cheese
D: hmmmm...Don't know yet!

Vitamins: Almost Done
Water: 16oza so far
Exercise: Does shopping count?...lol
