About to give myself a lovely pedicure/manicure =)

S:  Cottage Cheese Pancakes w/SF Maple Syrup
S:  Strawberry Protein Ice Cream
L:  1 1/2 cups of pinto beans (not sure I'll finish this extra 1/2 cup)
S:  ??
D:  Chicken Thigh & String Beans

Water:  13 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D; B-12; etc etc
Exercise:  1 hour of bowling

Protein: 100+
Vites: Multi; Iron; B-complex... i REALLY need to get some chewable calcium... i hate that liquid stuff!
Exercise: P90X (1 hr)
