Hello everyone!!  So did you survive the weekend?  I did and par the course for my June goals, I took my vitamins every day and I have them to take today too (since I'm off every Monday) and I've been drinking my water =)  I'm up 3lbs today but STILL under 200 at that magical 199.2 and plan to LIVE in the 100's.

I'm off to see my plastic surgeon to ask a few more questions and to schedule a date =)  I have NO clue how the days meals will go because I'll be on the road for several hours.  But I have packed with me a serving of Nectar Fruit Punch, some nuts, a protein bar and some Kays protein snacks as well.

B:  1 slice toast; 3oz turkey pastrami; 1/2 cup cantaloupe
S:  Nectar Fruit Punch protein mixed with Special K strawberry kiwi (protein & fiber)
L:  Chicken Thigh; 1/2 cup string beans
D:  3 meatballs; Ragu sauce
S:  1/2 Snicker

Calories 1,081  ~  Protein 101  ~  Carbs 66  ~  Fiber 13  ~  Fat 46

Water:  13 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  5,000+ steps

Have a great appointment.

B: l/f cottage cheese and sliced strawberries
S: Carb master yogurt and sunflower seeds
L: ff refried beans and cheese on a corn tortilla w/light sour cream
S: apple and peanut butter
D: turkey pot pie (leftover from last night dinner.  First time I made it on my own, I impressed me)

Water: working it
Vitamins: will take when I eat at nutrition but taking them out now
Exercise: will run around with Jordyn after school

Water: 4ozs so far..very bad :(
Vitamins: almost done
Exercise: who cares today, its freakin hot!!

L: Lemon herb tuna with side salad, balsamic vineger, and 3 egg whites
S: Protein shake - pre workout
D: Chicken and veggies with brwn rice
S: 1 tbl spoon peanut butter

H2O: 40 oz
Vits: Yes
Exercise: At around 4pm

Is your lemon herb tuna the one from Bumble Bee?  I've tried the sundried tomato tuna and the spicy thai chili tuna from Bumble Bee and LOVED them!!!

Hey Ms Shell....thanks for doing this post each day....it sure helps keep me honest.  Although I don't always respond, I always appreciate your effort!!!

S  I'll probably get into something later...but I'm planning to make it something good for me...no junk...teeheehee

E  not yet...I bought a Walk Away the Pounds DVD....maybe I'll try it tonight with a fan blowing on me...whew, it's been a little warm up here!!!  Anyone else tried it???
