UCSD Hospital Anyone?
Hello all is there anyone familiar with UCSD's WLS team? I am waiting for an approval for VSG thru Pacificare and will be using this hospital. I do not see much info on Dr Horigan or Dr. Jacobsen. Any comments good and/or bad are welcomed.
Also is there anyone that has gone thru a request for VSG thru Pacificare withing the last year of so? Were you denied on the first go round and if so how and what did you do to get an approval? What is it that Pacificare may be looking for so that I will have my appeal letter ready in advance? My paper work was submitted on Monday and was still pending...please advise.
