Whatcha eatin' Cali? Tuesday!
Well everybody I am SCHEDULED for my plastic surgery on August 4th...NOW I just got to get all the money. I have most of it cause I have been saving for the last 2 years in anticipation of THIS moment! NOW game on. I'm still (Thank God) in Onederland at 199.2. Goal to be 185 by my surgery date!! I'm totally OVER the whole I can't love myself at a smaller weight thing cause NO matter WHAT I weigh...I am SO fabulous I can't stand myself.
Other goal besides weight is to hit 100g of protein a day. My plastic surgeon firmly believes in supplements etc leading up to surgery and after for healing purposes!! Therefore I believe it to!!

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 mango chunks
L: Chicken thigh with diced tomatoes, onions & zucchini
S: Nectar Apple Ectasy w/benefiber
D: Popeyes Chicken Thigh w/small salad
Calories 972 ~ Protein 93 ~ Carbs 53 ~ Fiber 12 ~ Fat 43
Water: 8 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/Vit D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime
Exercise: Going for 10K steps PLUS 2 mile walk after work

Congratulations on setting your date. I am so jealous!! I only have 11lbs to go to get to my pre-plastics weight. I am trying desperately to find the moola somewhere so I can get me some new "girls"...lol

Exercise: I can't tonight. I finally take my English Lit Final! Wooohoooo!!!!
Hi "whatcha eating Cali" peeps..... I wasn't at work yesterday...so no computer access :( but here's what I ate yesterday...
early morning coffee, as usual
B 1 egg cheese omlette
L leftover chicken and veggie kabob
D Trader Joe's chile-lime chicken burger with guacomole, no bun.....it was delish!!!
S someone had told me about some "ice cream" made with SF pudding, protein powder, FF milk and cool whip......well, save your ingredients.....it really wasn't worth the effort. I did think to myself: when I was heavier, I would continue eating something even if it didn't taste good...but I can now honestly say that if I don't like something, I don't have a problem leaving it or throwing it away. Who-da thunk it!!!!

E lots of running around...finally got to take a rest about 6pm last night just before I had to leave for my TOPS meeting...glad to be back to an "easier day" at work today teeheehee
