Water: 8 cups so far
Exercise: Taking a walk; wearing my pedometer
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)

Well, the question is What did you eat today and my answer shall be...What haven't I eaten today. Ugh....This is going to be a very stressful weekend and I'm not sure how I am going to last. But I will be honest with myself and to you and everyone else that reads these posts and doesn't want to play!
B: Protein shake
S: 2 ozs of my Cheesecake made out of Splenda from the Cheesecak Factory from last nights dinner
S: 1 oz of chicken that I picked from my leftovers from last nights dinner.
L: Not sure yet
D: Not sure yet, but I am sure it will contain some Vodka..I know.."not good", but it will keep me sane from having to deal with issues that I am having with a certain b/f and his refusal to get married as we are at the rehearsal dinner for his daughters wedding this weekend..there I said it! Yes, I have issues and this is how I deal!!
Vitamins: almost done
Water: 8ozs so far
Exercise: Not happening today

Wow, I'm sure sorry to hear it...What is his deal? Is he just too comfortable with the way things are and not sure getting married would add something or is he just anti commitment?
My dh was out and out anti marriage when we got together. Told me so. But he changed his mind when I took a vacation to my old stomping grounds...He was afraid I was going to find a nice cowboy and leave his sorry ass behind...he even wanted to have more children by the time my two week vacation was over and I came back...LOL.
i've had to scare him a couple of times but he's much better now..LOL.

Sorry you are going through this and just remember to STAY the course and for ME now that I'm refocused to getting these last 12lbs off this is what I WANT...don't let your BF stand in your way.
I will be HERE all weekend posting this thread for me and for you. Just know that no matter what type of day you may have or if you fall off the wagon you can EASILY get back on it. Just don't let one transgression build into a whole DAY or weekend of them =)

I'm making a conscious effort to eat more good carbs and slack off on my protein. I'm totally an over achiever at that (usually 120-150 grams a day) so...here's my deal:
B: coffee followed closely by oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and applesauce
S: 1 oz mozzarella stick, 1/2 an apple (it had issues so I tossed half of it) and 2T Reduced fat peanut butter
L: 1 cup shredded lettuce, 4 oz cooked shrimp, 2 slices tomato and 1.5 oz Thousand Island Dressing
S: 1 medium orange, 1 hardboiled egg, maybe some mult grain crackers
D: Prime rib or roast beef at the casino in Rosamond, it's the last time they're doing the buffet so we're going...with a bit of potato or greenbeans or a salad or maybe even a dinner roll.
And maybe a nice blended margarita. I haven't decided yet. I want to hover right around 100 grams of protein and get whatever carbs brings me up to 1500 or 1600 calories for the day, give or take.

I'm taking a day of eating, "whatever I darn well please"..lol Still in all, I can't take in more than 5 oz anyway....so I did try to make it all count. I am working on a "Ladies Afternoon Tea" for my church tomorrow..so that means some goodies and teeny tiny sandwiches...yummmmmm. I nibbled at the things I am putting in the sandwiches..lol, including, Tuna salad, swiss cheese, ham, braunschweiger (my 1 oz of sinful delite), a few olives and a few teeny tiny gherkins. I am not gonna fret over 1 day of unmeasured fun....
Vitamins....love 'em (but my vit. B levels are too high..go figgure!)

Exercise- walking, shopping, stretching and some more walking. You give me a beautiful day like today..I'll give you 5 miles!
