Ok let's keep our plans going for a good eating program weekend!  Remember it's NOT about perfection but about making conscious choices and MOVING.

B:  Nada
S:  Bratwurst w/slice of bread
L:  ??
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  4 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D; 1000mcg B-12;  Hair Regime
Exercise:  2 1/2 mile walk this morning; wearing pedometed

I want to thank everyone that gave me kind words thorugh this tough part in my life. So, I want to say that I took all your kind words to heart and decided to not use food or alcohol as a coping tool.

B: Protein Shake
S: protein bar
L: 3ozs chicken/ salad w/ 1 tbsp ranch
S: nothing
D: 2ozs chicken/ 1/2 pita with humus and salad/dressing
S: protein bar...Ugh..I didn't eat alot at dinner and was hungry

Vitamins: didn't get all my calcium in
Water: 32 ozs
Exercise: none
