Well boys and girls I ATE everything and then some this weekend and my scale showed me.  So what do I do...hop right back on the train to victory.  While being on plan during the week and falling off plan on the weekend is NOT condusive to weight LOSS I am EXCELLENT at maintance cause I bounce up and down those 5lbs.  But as I've preached to my friends when I really want to loose down to 185 I'll take the NECESSARY steps to do it.

B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese; 1/2 mango
L:  1 cup pinto beans; salad
S:  My FAT brain seriously wants one of those ice cream sandwiches the ones between the oatmeal cookies and dipped in chocolate...NO seriously...BUT I will NOT give in today, I pray
S:  official one Lindora protein bar & coffee pray WITH me
D:  4oz pork w/some string beans

That's the plan

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  I am almost PERFECT when it comes to this
Exercise:  2 mile walk later

Good Afternoon Ms. Shell,

I hear ya, when you talk about eating everuthing in site. I had a one of those kinds weekends and it shows, too. I was up by two pounds this morning. I am back on that darn saddle again.

Here it goes...

EB: 1c Hood
B: 1c Cottage Cheese
S: protein bar
L: 6 baby carrots/ 1/2 tuna w/light mayo & 3 crackers
S: ??????
D: probably grilled chicken ontop a green salad

W: 20ozs so far
V: done
E: not sure, since I injured my knee on Sunday night

B  ground turkey with peach and pineapple salsa
S  AcheiveOne drink
L  1/2C cottage cheese with sugar free jello
S  dry protein cereal
2nd S  more cottage cheese
D  teriayki chicken, fresh green beans with red potato

W  OK
V  on track
E  just hand to mouth today.......

Ms Shell, if you're not going to eat that It's It, then hand it over and I will!!!

Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend.....I throughly enjoyed mine....only another month till the next holiday, July 4th.
