Well yesterday went straight into the sh*tter and that means I turned into a garbage can and ate crap.  Today is a new day!!

B:  6oz yogurt; 1/2 cup oatmeal
S:  N/A
L:  Turkey Chili w/onions & cheese
S:  ??
D:  4-6oz T-Bone Steak; 1/2 cup corn

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (see profile)
Exercise:  slow 3/4 mile walk to lunch (in heels); Yoga class tonight

B: Protein Drink ~ 1c Nonfat Milk/1scoop Whey Protein Choc Powder/1 small frozen banana/1 **** cubes~ Blend it up & its sooo yummy!

S: Protein Bar

L: 3/4 c cottage cheese & 1 hard boiled egg

S: ????..not sure yet

D: Prob. some turkey & cheese

Vitamins: almost done
Water: 16ozs so far
Exercise: not sure, since my knee is still all bruised up
