Boy what a weekend I had.  I now weigh 207 (boy I figured it'd be at least 210, but I digress)!!  I had a ball spending time with my dad and at 39 I so SEE where I get ALL of my personality traits ALL of them!!  Regardless of my weight I am stylish in my size M shirt and 16 pants and dare I say it, I look GOOD (oh yeah my vanity SO got it from my dad)!!

B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 container low carb yogurt (pretty delicious too)
S: 
L:  Mocorron chicken
S:  4oz cherries
D:  Might have dinner with a friend

Water:  4 cups barely so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise:  Walking on my break and we'll see

Ok I will play as the MOMO possy will be checking up on me for sure!

Well I had the protien shake I drank all if it and it only took me an hour.

I had 4 cups of coffee.
handful of nuts and that is where I am at so far.

I don't know what I am having for lunch or dinner yet as I have not looked in the fridge.

Good for you Miss Rhonda,

Protein, protein, and more protein. It takes me between an hour to an hour and a half to finish my protein in the morning. You are doing good, Just stick with it.
You are so cute.
Hope to see you at LB Coffee this month. I am bringing more clothes.

Hey Karen, 

Thanks for the support I need it!  lol.  SHHH you have the cutest things, don't tell anyone you are bringing stuff as you have just the best stuff and I want to mug you in the parking lot before they all get there,  just like a do with Jean!  ROFL.   Only kidding.  I just love  all the stuff you shared with my last time!  I can't wait to wear the skull stockings when I teach my class next year!    I am in a loose 14 so I am keeping my eyes out on those 14's and 12's!  lol.  I have a bunch to bring also.  We had an impromptu clothing exchange at my house on Friday after our lunch, it was a blast.  I can't wait to see you again!

I will have some 14's, I just got into size 12's.

You best be taking pictures when you wear those skull stockings!!!!

I will check out my shoes too.

I am so glad you gals had a good time last weekend. I want to be at the next one for sure.

Hi All...  I have not posted in a while, but don't think it's because I haven't been eating....I've been eating and probably eating too much.....we all know how easily things get forgotten when it's not written down.

early morning:  coffee with sweetner and coconut creme flavored creamer
B:  1/2C cottage cheese with handful of grape tomatoes
L:  3 ham and zucchini "bites" (from EggFace's recipe blog) and LF yogurt
S:  bag of protein pretzels
D:  chicken with green beans and red potato

W:  don't even ask
V:  good
E:  walk at lunchtime that included a big hill AND a smaller hill
