Well $140 later I have a new starter and an oil change!  No worse off =)

B:  Protein Hot Cocoa (company called New Direction)
S:  1/4 cup pecans
L:  1 cup pinto beans
S:  1/2 cup cherries
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese mixed with low carb yogurt
D:  4oz talapia; salad w/avocado

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime
Exercise:  Treadmill during the Orlando game!!  GO Magic!!

Calories:  1,085  ~  Protein 90  ~  Carbs 85  ~  Fiber 28  ~  Fat 47
