Hey boys and girls it's TGIF and I'm ready for the weekend!!  I wore my tennis today cause it's casual day and when I got off the train in the RAIN I decided to walk aka PLAY in the rain!!  Yeah so I'm having a WONDERFUL day.  I got to be 12 =)

B:  2 egg; 1/2 english muffin
L:  Chicken thigh w/tomatoes & zucchini
S:  Strawberry Protein Ice Cream
D:  Either a Chicken Quesadilla or Steak & Veggie
S:  Hmmm probably a couple light beers

Water:  6 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/D & Mag; 1000mcg B-12;  Hair Regime
Exercise:  Going to make sure I get 10K on my pedometer

Holy Cow! I got on the scale this morning and it said 165. OMG!!!!! I am so close to my goal, I can just taste it!..LOL

S: some granola bar that tasted grosse
L: grilled chicken salad w/cheese & 1tbsp lit ranch
S: nothing so far
D: ??????

Vitamins: bad girl~ I forgot them at home
Warter: 32ozs so far
Exercise: avoiding it
