Hey girls and boys I am THRILLED to say I stay so ON plan yesterday!  I went to Rubio's as planned and had my 2 Street Tacos (I guess they are street cause they are small...who knows) and went to see the movie "Drag Me To Hell" without any popcorn and when I went home had some cheese as my snack INSTEAD of the carbs that were tempting me.  Can I just say I have never LAUGHED so much in a "scary" movie in ALL my life.  The cheese of this movie...priceless!!

NOW to figure out how to watch the game without drinking....thinking thinking...

Onto my menu for today. 

B:  (after my 2 miles on the treadmill) Lindora Wildberry Protein drink
S:  1 boiled egg; 1 pack Low Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal; 1tsp butter
L:  Tuna (2oz tuna; 1 egg; 2tbsp mayo; 1tbsp relish)' 1/4 cup cottage cheese
S:  1/4 cup plain cottage cheese mixed with low carb yogurt
S:  South Beach "On the Go" drink mix (fiber & protein)
D:  Hmmm depends on the game....thinking thinking...will edit after I finish thinking...

Water:  9 cups so far
Exercise:  2 miles (Couch to 5K W1D2) & going for 8K on the pedometer
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500 mg Cal Citrate w/D & Mag; Hair Regime

Vitamins: I have been bad..I left my calcium at home
