Yes I made it to Friday!!  Me and my car a love hate relationship =(

B:  Some tater tots from a friend while talking
S:  Coffee & Maple Glazed Twist Donut
L:  Tuna (2oz tuna; 1 egg; 2tbsp light mayo; 1tbsp relish); 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S:  Carb Masters Yogurt
D:  Unsure but will focus on PROTEIN =)

Water:  6 cups going to get 7/8
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (see profile)
Exercise:  Going for 6-8K (I did 17K yesterday yeah baby)

B: Light N Fi****ermelon Yogurt with a sprinkle of protein powder
S: Skinny Carmel Latte, (ashamed I couldn't help myself, Starbucks is a weakness I have to work on)
L: Broccoli with a sprinkle of protein powder (that makes one scoop)
S: SF Banana/strawberry Jello
D: not so sure but will have to get that protein in as well

Water: 24 oz so far, I tend to get most of my water at night while at home
Vitamins: multi Vit and B-12, working on the rest
Exercise: gonna get some tonight, working with the Wii fit

I look forward to getting something to eat with a little more taste. Thinking about getting something to make a smoothie and start having that for dinner, to help get that protein in.

OMG don't you just love tha****ermelon flavor...I bought one the other day and had it yesterday and I am definitely going to the store today to get more....its totally yummy.....

Gosh I havent done this in years!   LOL

At 5 years, 4 months post op....here is my food today:

B-Handfull of cherries (generally it's fruit and lf yogurt.

L-South Beach diet entree (240 cals)

S-cherries

D- will be the fish and veggies I didnt cook last night cuz I went walking and shared a grilled veggie and chicken salad with a friend! LOL

Excercise- 2 miles walking so far then a trip to the gym tonight possibly.

Water- 4 bottles in already and it's only 3pm.

All vitamins except calcium in so far today!!    GOOD DAY!
