Well boyes and girls I woke up this morning and even though I did NOT want to go to the gym to do my Couch to 5K program...I DID...I am so proud of myself =)

Yesterday I had the following;
B: 2-3 oz of fresh mozzerella cheese
L: Banana protein shake
S: 2 saltines with hummus
D: Gourmet cheeses, around 2-4 ounces while out to dinner with my family
My husband and I walked downtown to see a movie. We walked around 2.5 miles at a brisk pace. Good for you for pushing yourself to get to the gym. I've been there so many times and usually I give in to the voice that doesn't want to go.
I have to ask you how you make cottage cheese pancakes. It sounds good.

I tweeked the recipe on http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp soy flour
1 tbsp pancake mix
1 tbsp SF Vanilla syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
I put it all in the blender or magic bullet. And use it like a pancake batter. It makes about 6 small one...the small ones are easier to flip. Early out I could only eat 1/2 the recipe...after yesterday I think I might just eat 2/3 cause I was a little almost to full.
