Hi there Ms. Shell!!!!

I don't know what I am going to eat today, but since it has been chocolate milk and string cheese only for the past week or so, me guesses more of the same.

BTW, it is TOTALLY possible to lose weight drinking Chocolate milk, the regular old low fat kind.  Since I have had tummy problems, this has been the ONLY thing that goes down and stays (along with the cottage cheese).  Let me also say that I drink 12 oz of it a day, 16 at the  very very max....

This wasalso a staple when I was preggo with both boys.  Don't know what it is about the combo, but it works well in my body.

Happy Last Monday off  :-)

Hugs to you,
Jillie

I'm eating shrimp today. I had four ounces of shrimp and a half cup of cole slaw for lunch (followed by 4 large strawberries for dessert).

I was very used to buying frozen cooked shrimp for about 4.99 to 5.99 a pound. I found raw shrimp (with the shells on) at the local market for $2.99 a pound. Big ones, about 40 to a pound...nice size. So I steamed them and shelled them myself. Not only are they not mushy and water logged (I usually have to thaw them and wring them out before I put them in a salad) but they taste 900 times better...I think I'm in LOVE with shrimp again.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
