Ugggg I am up 1 pound..  I can't seem to shake this spot I am at..  I am sure it's just a phase, but man is it frusterating..  I guess I will have to step things up.

Hope you all have a great day.  Thanks for keeping me on track.. It really helps to be held accountable, and have good support even when the numbers aren't in your favor..

I am happy to report my scale actualy moved when I checked this morning. Down 2 lbs this week, I hope it keeps it up.

It looks like the last time I posted I was 196.8....well even though I'm still UP I plan on starting to post on this thread so no time like the present.  I am 199.4 so that's up 2.6

I have been the same for 2 weeks stuck at 165, 4 times this week scale said 164 but noooo on weigh in wednesday back to 165. UGH. anyway hopefully will move I'm blaming it on "that time of month" today :)~ I had gallbladder surgery on May 20th and I dropped 4 lbs. in couple of weeks after a stall of several months now stuck again. lordy lordy. I only need 2 lbs. to see -100 and its lagging

Aloha Janine and Cali friends,

I am not going to weigh in this week cuz I don't have a scale, so I will know next week whether I've been a good girl in Hawaii or not. I have been eating lots of fruit, cuz stuff available in touristy spots are hot dogs and hamburgers and ice cream!  LOL.  Not gonna do that stuff.

I did bring my protein powder with me and have had 2 protein shakes thus far.  I've been doing scrambled eggs for breakfast and a piece of bacon and 1/2 piece of toast.  No juice, I haven't done juice since surgery so I'll opt for fruit instead.
