OMG I haven't been THIS happy it was Friday...since...hmmm...well LAST Friday =)  I'm going to thank you guys in a different post but wanted to just say THANK you for sharing your family stories and your mommas with me =)  I'm posting early cause I'll be gone for a minute.  Off to see a surgeon regarding what I BELIEVE is gallbladder pain.  He didn't and sent me to a gastroenteroligist who did an endoscopy and said my Banana tummy "looks marvelous."  So back to the surgeon.  He better be scheduling me for removal cause if I have another attack I might just HIT him =)

B:  New Direction Hot Cocoa (protein)
S:  ??
L:  1 cup Beef Stew
S:
D:  Bowling and a movie date, I'm sure dinner is in there too

Water:  4 cups thus far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D & Mag; Hair Vits (see profile)
Exercise:  Did it yesterday and my legs are reminding me

Good Morning Ms.Shell,

Awww..I hope your gallbladder gets better. Here is my plan for today.

B: Protein Drink
S: prob 1/2 protein bar
L: 3ozs Turkey burger small salad w/ low cal ranch
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: ????? Not sure yet

Vitamins: almost done
Water: just started
Exercise: none today, I know, that is bad. But I am leaving for my vacation tomorrow and need to rest up.

Yes, I'm ready for the weekend too.  Bunco tonight and I'm going to brunch with my Dad on Sunday for Father's Day.  Hope all the dads (and single moms that fill in for the absent ones) out there have a great Father's Day.

L:  grilled chicken burrito from Taco Bell....actually not bad for 89 cents!!
S:  1/2C cottage cheese with SF jello
D:  whatever my BuncoBabe hostess is serving...you know it'll be something yummy!!!

W:  don't ask
V:  on track...at least I get something right
E:  not really.  Went to the post office at lunchtime.....how many calories do we use up in frustration???  I tell you, the lines at the post office at lunchtime (or anytime, I think) are ridiculous!!!  There's gotta be a better way.....

Another weird day because I was fasting for my blood draw.  I had it done this time!  They had all the vials lined up and waiting when I got there.  Now THAT's service.

 

B 66 oz water

L protein shake, refried beans and lettuce

S a bag of Lance's peanuts

D protein shake, an apricot

Water: 122 oz

Exercise: does pumping my hand to give blood or walking the aisles of the store count?  Not much, we drive 5 hours total today. 1.76 miles are on my pedometer though. :-)

Vitamins:  all but one calcium so far.  I felt naked without my vitamins the last 3 days.  I'm glad the blood work is over and things can get back to normal.  My doctor doesn't want you taking vitamins for 3 days before having blood drawn.
