Well Michelle and I went off on a wonderful adventure earlier today.  We went down to meet the Long Beach Girls for lunch (Jean, Lori and Melody)  We had a wonderful chat on the way.  We got a bit of a late start as my contacts did not want to go in to where there were supposed to.  But the drive and the conversation was great.  Michelle is a pre-op so I think this was a good experience for her to meet people that were 4,3,2 and 1 year out.  Lunch was great and we talked and talked, it was a blast to tell you the truth.  It is so good to be with women who understand you and what you are going through.  Well Jean fashionista led us to her Nordstroms on wheels and whipped out some of the cutest clothes that you ever saw!  Well I now have an entire size 12 wardrobe mind you!  I am going to look so hot that my husband is not going to let me out of the house ever again!  Michelle got some pretty cute stuff too!  I got a pair of black boots to go with my new black jeans  Whooo hoool Hesperia watch out here I come!  Well the drive home was fun too, we had a red rover or something like that.  Where the police drive back and forth across the freeway.  I thought well traffic oh crap it will take us days to get home, but no that was quick.  We were coming to the 15/215 change and the car started acting funny.  I turned to Michelle and said that feels like the transmission doesn't it?  She agreed.  Funny thing I don't know anything about cars other than where the gas goes and where the gas pedal is.  OOOOOPS  I don't think I remembered where the gas goes, because it was not the transmission we were running out of gas!  All I could do is laugh.  I am sure Michelle will never ride with me anywhere I go.  She now knows I am nuts.  Some giant DIP that did not remember to put gas in the CAR!  And Lu thinks she is a DORk.  Lu I will be your co-leader for the DORK group,  Hell I should be president!  lol.  Well the AAA came out right away, thanks to Michelle.  I cancelled my card last year because for the 12 years I had it I never used it.  But I could have this year, with my flat on the way to the Revlon walk and now my stupidness running out of gas.  So I owe Ms. Michelle Big time.  I am sure she had better things to do than sit with me laughing on the side of the road.  WE did not even get a hot tow truck driver or anything.  WEll that is our adventure.  Thanks gals for the wonderful lunch and Jean for all the beautiful clothing.  See you gals soon.

Michelle is correct.  Sunglass reading glasses, but you have to make sure they are flushable!  Ask Chris S.  She knows about my flushable glasses!

Hello All,

Yes, I survived my afternoon with Miss Rhonda! Lol!! It was an adventure, but I look at it this way. We made a memory neither of us will ever forget ( of at least not any time soon)! I so enjoyed myself. I love getting out and meeting people.

I look forward to meeting more of you. Rhonda, honey, I knew you were nuts the first time I met you! And I still like you! I loved our conversations down to LB and during lunch with the girls, and on the way home. You are a very intresting person. I love hanging out with you.

I do agree we didn't even get a Hot tow truck driver, darn and I was hoping as we were trying to get the truck to the call box, please at least have a cute guy come out. Oh well, cant have it all.

I want to thank you Jean for the stuff that you gave me. The books will be very helpful, as I still have a load of questions. I really enjoyed meeting you and Lori and Melody. I had a really good time.

Thank you again for the invite Rhonda. It was a lot of fun today.

Hugs and friendship,

Michelle T.
