Bet you thought I forgot about yall...or even worse that I was still in pain?!! Well NOPE and I guess since I was pain free I decided to walk ALL over downtown (when I should have been working shhh) now I'm tired and just finished my lunch and decided to write about it =)
Early AM: 1 cup tea w/tbsp honey
B: Click w/1/2 cup milk (vitamin d!!)
S: 1oz cheddar cheese
L: 3oz pork roast; 1/2 cup vegetables
S: Remaining click
D: Burger
Water: Almost 7 cups
Vitamins: Almost done
Exercise: Yeah I've closed OVER 15K on my pedometer already!!
