Day 4 of the 5-DPT

We are almost done with the 5-DPT!! It was tough but well worth it!! It take alot of the guess work out of what to eat!!

Woo-Hoo!

Hangin in there! I think yesterday was the hardest for me so far. I felt hungrier until I realized I needed to drink more water.

Day 4 is starting off to a good start. cottage cheese and yogurt for breakfast, tuna for lunch and a hamburger patty for dinner. Nice and easy! oh, don't forget, drink tha****er!

Good Morning Kevin..........

Doing good. Was overly happy to have food, but once I hada few bites, it was not that big of a deal. So that is a good thing. As of this morning, I am down almost 6 pounds. YAH!! I think I will hold this path of eating for a bit longer, see how it works.

Once again, thank you for starting this.
